Winchester, VA – 20,000 sf
Lantz installed temporary structural system to support the historic four-story hotel. The project also included demolishing the original foundation and installing a new permanent concrete and steel foundation system. We preserved the structure’s original character by salvaging bricks and other materials for reuse in other parts of the building. The completed building will serve as a restaurant, residential condominiums, outdoor amphitheater and farmers market.
