A Pre-Session Legislative Breakfast 2012 was held at the JMU Festival Conference & Student Center on Tuesday, December 13th at 7:30am. The breakfast gave area businesses the opportunity to discuss economic issues with local legislators. In attendance were Senators Mark Obenshain and Emmett Hanger as well as local delegates. The breakfast was presented by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce, JMU's Research and Public Service, and the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council. Chris Weaver, CAO of Lantz Construction, served as moderator for the event.
