This design-build project included the construction of a new 50’ x 110’ Star pre-engineered metal building with split face CMU exterior and an energy efficient, architectural standing seam metal roof. High thermal resistance value temperature controls Barrel and Bottling Room. The basement areas also include wine lab and production spaces which is visible from the second floor tasting room. This project was completed in five months and within pre-determined construction budget.
